Photography courtesy of Jim Givas The waves weren't perfect on Saturday, September 18th, but there sure were plenty of them, and the best surfers rose to the occasion at the 15th Annual Clam Jam! Pete Machotka & Royce Weber took out Jeff Pennella & Conor Willem in a close final heat (13.07 - 11.7). We score each surfer's highest wave and add them together. This year, we introduced a beta version of our new digital scoring system so surfers and fans can see live scoring as well as the bracket - check out the results here. Congrats to Royce, who has won in back-to-back years, and to Pete, a longtime Jetty Ambassador who finally will have his name etched on the trophy!
