Brand Experience Lead - Jetty Long Branch

As the Store Lead at Jetty’s new retail location at Pier Village, you’ll lead a team in creating an exceptional shopping experience that reflects Jetty’s passion for surf culture, community, and sustainability. You’ll manage daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure the store is stocked with the latest Jetty apparel, surfboards, accessories, and third-party brands. Your role will also involve building customer loyalty, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.

As a Store Associate at Jetty’s new retail location at Pier Village, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping create a positive shopping experience that embodies the Jetty lifestyle. You’ll assist customers with finding the perfect products, including Jetty apparel, surfboards, accessories, and third-party brands, while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
