Returns for a refund are only accepted on products which are less then 30 days old. You will be instructed as to the most cost-effective way to return your item(s) to Jetty & you will be reimbursed for the item(s) you return.
Exchanges are accepted for all items as well as for items that do not meet the return policy (product older then 30 days). If you simply need a different size or don’t like the style of your item(s) all together, then you will be instructed as to the most cost-effective way to return your item(s) to Jetty.
