Unfortunately, we only see the same tracking information as the customer. We suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier, they may have more details on the location of your package. If the package is marked as lost in transit, we will file a USPS claim on our end and issue a refund for your order.
Our most popular shipping rates are USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail is typically 2-3 business days. UPS Ground is 2-5 business days depending on your location. Please note once your package has been scanned by the carrier, it is no longer under our control. However, we'd be happy to help you track it.
