Retail and Online Purchasing Policy


Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit:

Any item, unless stated otherwise, that has been purchased within 30 days of the initial transaction is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. These items must be unused, unwashed and contain the original tagging to be accepted.

Any item, unless stated otherwise, that has been purchased outside of the the refund period is still eligible for an exchange or store credit. These items must be unused, unwashed and contain the original tagging to be accepted.

  • For items purchased at the Flagship Store, please return these items directly during operating business hours as listed on our website.
  • For items purchased online, please contact Sandra@jettylife.com for how to most efficiently return your items.

Damages or Defects:

Any product that has been received damaged or with a defect is immediately replaceable. Any item that has been washed, worn or used before the damage or defect occurred must be reviewed further by our team before replacing the item.  

We at jetty design our products to stand the test of time but understand certain manufacturing errors do occur. If you are a handy individual and can thread a needle then we promote the ability to resew a button or tie up a loose seam. Who knows, it just might send you looking for that old favorite Jetty flannel at the back of your closet in need of just that!

Discounts & Promotions:

All discounts must be valid and presented at the time of purchase. No two discounts can be combined at any time. Discounts void on product purchased during a promotional event.

  • Discounts can not be applied to items that are already marked down or on items that benefit the approved 501(C)3 non-profit arm of Jetty, the Jetty Rock Foundation.

Tent Sales:

Unless stated otherwise, all items purchased during a tent sale event are deemed final sale at that time. No promotion or discount can be combined with any tent sale purchase. Items still eligible for exchange or store credit.

Online and Retail Price Matching Policy:

Any item that has been purchased within the refund period of 30 days, is eligible for a price match if the cost of an item has been reduced from the original amount paid. All price match refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Exclusions:

Jetty does not offer price matching on items sold on Thanksgiving through the following Monday. The policy does not cover items that are deemed final sale, clearance, bundle offers, tent sale items or other items specifically stated by Jetty. Items returned during any sale or promotion are eligible for store credit only.

 

We at Jetty understand there may be a scenario that falls outside of these constructs so we are always happy to further review a purchase or item to make a better, more informed decision.
