  • Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for return and full refund by January 24th of the following year.

  • Any Item, unless stated otherwise, is eligible for a refund to your payment method within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. These items must be unused, unwashed, and contain the original tagging to be accepted. A receipt, proof of purchase, or order number must also be presented. If a receipt or proof of purchase is not presented, then you will be ineligible for a refund or store credit. 

  • Any item, unless stated otherwise, within the 60 day window of delivery date is eligible for a store credit. These items must be unused, unwashed, contain the original tagging, and have the hygienic liner to be accepted. 

  • Packages returned within the first 10 days post delivery date qualify for free return shipping. 

  • Packages returned after 11 days post delivery date up until 60 days post delivery date will have a $7.00 shipping fee deducted from the refund amount. 

  • For items purchased at the Flagship Store, please return these items directly during operating business hours as listed on our website. A receipt or order number must be presented during this time.

  • For items purchased online, please complete our online form: jettylife.com/returns or contact orders@jettylife.com for how to most efficiently return your items. 

  • Unfortunately, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges for purchases made from our website (www.jettylife.com) or our Flagship Store in Manahawkin, NJ. All other returns or exchanges must be coordinated with the original retailer or 3rd party seller in accordance to their policies.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Online exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date of the order. 

  • Packages returned within the first 10 days post delivery date qualify for free return shipping. 

  • Packages returned after 11 days post delivery date up until 60 days post delivery date will have a $7.00 shipping fee deducted from the refund amount. 

  • To initiate an exchange, utilize our returns portal with your order number and email, zip code, or phone number to retrieve your shipping label. 

  • All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy. Items that do not meet the acceptable criteria will be subject to denial.

  • Online exchanges are shipped using standard shipping.
  • Jetty manufactures our apparel to withstand the tests of time. We also understand manufacturing errors or defects can occur. If that is the case, please contact us!

  • Any item that has been washed, worn, or used before the damage or defect must be reviewed further by our team before replacing the item. Please contact orders@jettylife.com if you received a damaged item.

  • Returns or exchanges that have been initiated with items that are damaged or defective, must have a photo attached to the return or exchange request.

All discounts must be valid and presented at the time of purchase. No two discounts can be combined at any time. Discounts can not be applied during a promotional event unless stated otherwise.

Discounts can not be applied to items that are already marked down or on items that benefit the approved 501(C)3 non-profit arm of Jetty, the Jetty Rock Foundation.

  • Items that are being returned or exchanged from Box Truck or Jetty Events must be completed at the Jetty Flagship Store with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Full Priced Items may be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase for a full refund. 

  • Discounted Items may be returned for store credit.

  • White Whale Items are deemed as FINAL SALE.

Please enter a secure and trusted address for all online shipments.

Jetty does not offer price matching for items purchased from our other retailers or websites. We do not accept price adjustment requests during any sale or promotion.

We at Jetty understand there may be a scenario that falls outside of these constructs so we are always happy to further review a purchase or item to make a better, more informed decision.
