Earlier this month, a local resident reached out for assistance in celebrating her daughter's 3rd birthday. Charlotte Scalese and her family were told that if her high risk neuroblastoma wasn't treated, then she wouldn't see her next birthday. This past July it was officially declared that Charlotte was in remission! Drawing on the few dollars left to be donated from our Arctic Outreach event, we were happy to assist by providing a Mister Softee truck on site for the party!
