eCommerce Associate

Responsibilities:

Maintain high customer satisfaction, monitor customer complaints, and work on initiatives to improve customer experience
Handle all aspects of our eCommerce orders including creating pick tickets, ensuring orders are packed and dispatched in a timely manner, processing returns and monitoring and fixing any integration issues between our inventory system, the back end of our ecommerce system, and our fulfillment center
Transmit and communicate orders and priorities to our 3PL
Complete any delegated tasks such as packing promo orders, handling donation requests, and processing products
Serve as a point of contact for the E-Commerce Manager
Answer phone calls and check voicemails
Work Jetty and Jetty Rock Foundation events
