We’re looking for a production manager that can bring printing experience combined & leadership to manage our production team and maximize our printing efficiency.

Full-Time
Required 5 days at production facility (Manahawkin NJ)

● Actively lead and manage the Jetty Ink production team including Press Operators and Production Assistants.
● Supervise and train the Jetty Ink production team for growth and development.
● Coordinate & maintain the printing production and shop maintenance schedules.
● Continuously improve and optimize processes to maximize printing production and efficiency.
● Coach safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met on a consistent basis with a strict adherence to quality standards.
● Build a valuable work environment for the Jetty Ink team to complete their assigned responsibilities/tasks.
● Supervise preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to reduce downtime.
● Analyze and set up equipment based upon product and order specifics, following Jetty brand standards for consistency, accuracy, and quality.
● Play a significant role in the long-term planning, project status reporting, and implement change control processes.
● Adhere to and enforce all safe work practices.

● 2+ years of hands-on experience setting up and operating large automatic screen printing presses for the apparel industry. M&R Automatic Press experience helpful but not required.
● Sharp attention to detail on production quality and standards.
● Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
● Ability to lead, drive change, and influence others.
● Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime.
● Resiliency; respond well to constructive feedback.
