We were thrilled to recently find out that an article on our Oyster Recycling Program was up for a 2018 Eddy Award! Oyster Innovation: Building Reefs, Business and Community (written by Jenn Hall) appeared in Edible Jersey last Summer. We're stoked to grow our pilot recycling program this year in partnership with Stockton University & Long Beach Township as more and more people become aware of how important oysters are to our environment! You can meet some of the farmers (and eat oysters) at our next event, Eskimo Outreach, on February 24th at Mud City Crab House!
