Saturday, October 12, 2019 marks the date of our 2nd Annual LBT Shellabration! This event is a fundraiser for our Oyster Recycling Program which allows us to collect used shell and get it back into the Barnegat Bay. Long Beach Township, Parson's Seafood / Mariculture and Stockton Marine Science have been tremendous partners in building this LBI Region-based initiative. Putting shell back into the Bay increases the chance of natural set and has many additional uses which all promote a better environment both in and out of the water ~ come eat, drink, slurp and learn more!
