We're proud to announce the recipients of our 2013 Jetty Get Rad Scholarship, Kaitlyn Sharkey & Connor McGlynn. Both Southern Regional grads, Kaitlyn & Connor will be heading to Brookdale CC for fashion merchandising & UNC Wilmington for business entrepreneurship respectively. We're stoked on their entrepreneurial spirit and community involvement...keep up the great work and good luck (after having a fun & safe Summer)! On June 5th, 966 scholarships were awarded to 288 students of the Class of 2013 by 291 donor organizations. The awards totaled $504,070. Chief School Administrator, Craig Henry, opened the evening thanking the community for the support it has given to the senior class and to Southern Regional. This year marks the largest donor group and a record amount of scholarship money awarded.
