Troy has been with us when there were only a handful of employees, maybe 10. Troy has worked his way up from working as a Jetty Ink Assistant to now managing the whole production floor as Ink Production Manager. His mentor, Mike Eiche helped pave the way for him at Jetty. When Troy isn’t managing the floor - you can find him hiking or kayaking when the weather is nice. What are your day to day tasks? I help my team throughout the day getting jobs lined up, fixing any problems that pop up, and filling in wherever I'm needed. How long have you been working at Jetty for? I started at Jetty in 2018 as an intern. What's your favorite Jetty event? The Hop Sauce events are always my favorite out of them all. What is a core work memory you have? All of our holiday parties and enjoying them with amazing coworkers. What's your favorite piece of Jetty clothing? The flannels are my favorite when my girlfriend isn't "borrowing" them. What can we find you snacking on at work? I am a Hot Fry fiend. Do you have any pets? Herley my big-eared dog. What can we find you doing outside of work? Taking photos or going on hikes. Where can we find you on a nice Summer day? At the beach or pool with some friends. What's your favorite travel spot outside of New Jersey? Definitely Texas, the small towns by the Gulf of Mexico have the best food and beaches. How do your Draw Your Own Line? Just by making the best of each day and doing what I love to do.
