Water Based Bros

If you've printed with Jetty Ink, or plan to soon, then chances are you know or will meet two of our outstanding staffers, Bill McLennan & Dan Przygocki!  The fact is that these guys surf more than most, and find the flexibility to do so before, during and after work at our Eco-friendly HQ in Manahawkin, NJ.  Photog Michael Bruno caught these guys clowning around at the 2019 ALO Longboard Classic, one of the great East Coast surf contests put on by our equally conscious friends!  Cheers to making work fun, and clearing the mind with a paddle!  #OutThere Read More...

Coquina Jam raises $35K+

Last Sunday produced waist-to-chest high waves and an unbelievable atmosphere for our 11th Annual Jetty Coquina Jam sponsored by Hackensack Meridian Health - Southern Ocean Medical Center.  A record amount of people attended what some are calling Long Beach Island's largest surf contest ever.  Katie Imswiler & Mia Gallagher edged out Mary Tantillo & Brynn Gallagher in a final heat that featured a Jetty collaborator (IMSY), local business owner (Swell Colors) and sisters going head-to-head!  The most impressive part though, is that we raised over $35,000 which is already flowing over to David's Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation.  They will... '19 Coquina Jam Bracket

Last Thursday we hosted our 2nd Craft & Calling event at Jetty HQ, this time focusing on the females of our Coquina Jam!  Jetty Hall of Fam'r Jon Coen interviewed four former/current surfers who have all participated in our event over the years, and they represented four distinct generations.  Their words were inspiring and we'll be dropping the video down the road (also featuring the performance of Calista Quinn).  We randomly selected this year's teams for the bracket of 64 chicas too (see below)!  Thank you to all of the sponsors, surfers and guests who made it such an intimate evening!... Classic Style, Modern Tech

Our Mollusk boardshorts live at the core of our Spring/Summer line!  Since we gravitate toward the water and tend to build our lives around it, then we need more than just one blue collar uniform.  Our 360 degree stretch, breathable baggies are quick-to-dry, but why limit yourself to just one pair!?   Read More...

Childhood Dreams

Jetty Ambassador Ben Raimo doesn't get to spend much time with his friends from Jersey nowadays.  In celebrating Jetty Captain Randy Townsend's 40th on a recent trip to Indo, Ben had the chance to surf and hang with some hometown boys.  It wasn't all glorious though, as Raimo readily admitted taking some beatings.  In his words, you gotta pay to play, but sharing waves with lifelong friend Danny Mears turned those posters on their bedroom walls into reality.  Pretty pictures and tubes coming at a costly price, but all worth it... Mental-wais

Jetty Captain Randy Townsend recently returned from another epic trip to the Mentawais.  RT has been to the depths of Indo many times, most recently sharing his knowledge and a 115ft schooner with some old friends (and a few first-timers).  We're sure there will be plenty of ridiculous content to follow, welcome home boys! The Life of Riley: Part II

Above: RT attacking on a ridiculously small stick by Jersey Mike After days and days of tubes, more content is surfacing from Winter Storm Riley.  Jetty Captain  Randy Townsend played host to plenty of pros, friends and anyone else who braved the flooding, drift and morphing, Army Corp of Engineers-assisted waves.  This was a stretch of waves that the boys will be talking about for a long time, and it is best captured by the world traveling Trevor Murphy... Thaw-out Sessions

After such a frigid Winter, Jetty Ambassador John Streit found some solace in a sesh on the OBX!  John & Evan Foster (behind the lens) enjoyed some small, but perfect rides and mellow vibes...doesn't look like it'll be that small on the East Coast over the next few days (fingers crossed as this Nor'easter bombs through)! It's not quite Winter, but...

Above: Dallas Tolson by 3SlidePhotos Although the first day of Winter isn't until December 21st, we're hearing a lot of "it's starting to feel like Winter" out in the line-up!  Winter (or just about) surfing certainly has different meanings depending on where you're paddling.  Check out some recent photos of our Ambassadors scoring, it's evident which one is in the coldest conditions, right?! Ambassador Update: Parn0

Jetty Ambassador Brian Parnagian recently checked in with an update on life in Wellington, NZ!  As he continues to dial in the South coast, Parn0 is simply soaking up all that life in New Zealand has to offer.  He's been working on some larger architectural projects which he reported as a nice change from the beach houses of the Jersey Shore.  We'll savor the wave photos he supplied and look forward to some live storytelling when he visits the US in a few months... We had a lot of friends compete in the 9th Annual ALO Longboard Classic this past weekend, and at the end of several heats, Jetty Ambassador Jamie Contreras took 1st!  Jamie nabbed the wave of the day, hung 10 twice, and deservedly won the Open Men's division.  This contest has found a solid home on Long Beach Island, running in between our Coquina & Clam Jams ~ we're stoked to continue to support it!
