Since the beginning, Beach House has been outdoing itself with every new record they've released, getting increasingly more popular with their fans and critics. By a fifth album release, some bands would crack under this pressure and try to make music for the masses, but not Beach House. In the new single Sparks (from their upcoming record Cherry Depression due out Aug 28th on Sup Pop) a noticeable sonic evolution has taken place. The decision to get louder and more aggressive, and dare we say more mature and less commercial is bound to usher in a new era for their career. We love a band that stays true to itself, and know this is only going to keep old and new fans engaged in their work. Beach House tour dates have been announced from late summer through the end of the year, and tickets are guaranteed to disappear quickly. We're stoked to share their single Sparks!
