Under EU Directive 2023/2673,
you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your goods - without giving any reason.

You do not need to have returned the items within this window. You simply need to notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

Once you submit the withdrawal form, our customer service team will be in touch within one business day with return instructions.

We will refund your full purchase price, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving proof that you have sent the items back.

If you chose an express or upgraded delivery option, only the standard delivery rate will be refunded — not the upgrade cost.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as disclosed at the time of purchase.

Our team will provide the return address and full instructions by email after reviewing your withdrawal notice. Please keep your proof of postage once you ship.

→  Fees & deductions

We cannot charge a restocking fee, admin fee, or any other deduction simply for exercising your right of withdrawal.

The only permitted deduction is for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, haracteristics, and functioning of the goods — for example, if an item has been worn rather than simply tried on.

→  Hygiene exception

Swimwear and items supplied with a hygiene seal may not be eligible for return if the seal has been removed after delivery.

This exemption applies only where the seal was intact upon delivery. It does not affect your other statutory rights.

A deduction for diminished value may apply where items have been handled beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and condition. Sealed hygiene items (including swimwear where a hygiene seal has been broken) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once opened.
