Flagship store associates are at the heart of our brand, working at the Jetty Flagship store in Manahawkin NJ. Flagship associates are the face of our apparel and accessories, helping customers choose from our vast collections of gear! Outgoing and friendly are two musts for the role along with a keen sense of detail to keep the store standing tall! Flagship associates are often at the forefront of Jetty events too, so this role brings a variety of assignments!

Full-Time
Flexible schedule based on Flagship and Event Needs
Reporting to the Flagship Store Manager.

● Fill out the opening and / or closing checklist of store upkeep.
● Greet & offer assistance to customers, and be available to answer their questions.
● Keep sized, clean, and properly merchandised throughout the day, including daily store restocks.
● Keep track of store analytics throughout the day, including in-stock and point of sale.
● Stay up to date with local events.
● Aware of in store promotions
● Capable of handling large cash transactions and ability to work with a POS system.
● Aware of Jetty and / or store procedures and policies.
● Ability to work well within a team of other associates.
● Knowledgeable of the Jetty brand and Jetty’s subdivisions.

● Retail store experience preferred.
● Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the role.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Sharp attention to detail on production quality and standards.
● Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime.
