California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information data that is collected and “sold” through these technologies. A "sale" under the CCPA has a broad definition, so that any data sold, rented, released, disclosed, disseminated, transferred, made available or otherwise communicated by a business to another business for money or value is considered a sale.

As a resident of California, you have the right to notice, right to access, right to opt out, right to request deletion, and right to equal services. Below we have outlined how to exercise these rights.
