Last Sunday was an epic day at 68th Street in Brant Beach, NJ! Atlantic Ocean temps miraculously warmed at least 10 degrees, the sun was shining, and everybody was smiling as we ran our 16th Annual Coquina Jam. Small, fun waves held all day as female surfers on both long and short boards wowed the beach crowd. Jetty Ambassador Mia Gallagher & her partner Gemma Kohles were victorious after surfing their way through several rounds of the NCAA-style, team-oriented bracket. During a day that empowered women on several levels, we also managed to raise in excess of $85,000 which will be donated to families battling a cancer diagnosis.
