Jetty Application Wholesale Order Fulfillment Associate Pick, pack, invoice, and ship wholesale orders Ensure orders are shipping on their start dates Follow vendor compliance manuals when applicable Follow routing and shipping guidelines when applicable Create DHL documents and shipping labels Complete NAFTA forms when applicable and apply Tariff codes Schedule shipment pick ups Work events (set up and breakdown, cashier duties, signage, merchandising, customer service) E-commerce Assistant Pick and pack e-commerce orders Communicate with customers regarding product questions, pickups, and order issues Process Returns and Exchanges Work events (set up and breakdown, cashier duties, signage, merchandising, customer service) Apparel Processor Unbox, Count, and Quality check products while processing shipments Make Hangtags for, tag, fold, and organize new products Ensure products are processed and ready for start ship dates Process Tilly’s POs according to vendor compliance manual Cleaning / Upkeep Work events (set up and breakdown, cashier duties, signage, merchandising, customer service)
