Pete Machotka, his father Bill & a few others traveled to Nicaragua recently, but were unceremoniously greeted by the rainy season. Storms threatened and the trip was cut short by sickness and a government power shutdown. Fortunately, a stop in California was in the cards and the group joked that they could stay within the states and still catch some great swell!
