Start a ReturnClick the Start a Return button above and enter your order number with your email, zip code, or phone number. A prepaid shipping label will be generated for eligible items.
Online returns or exchanges can also be executed at our Jetty retail store during business hours.

Retail and Online Purchasing Policy
- Any item, unless stated otherwise, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging attached.
- Returns require a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.
- Items returned after 30 days (up to 60 days) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- If Return Coverage was purchased at checkout, all return processing and shipping fees are waived.
- If Return Coverage was not purchased, a $9 processing and shipping fee will be deducted from your refunded for returns processed through the mail.
- Returns and exchanges processed at any Jetty retail store are always free.
- Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping services, such as USPS Priority Mail, are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
How long does it take to get my refund?
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after your return is received.
- Store credit is issued immediately once your return is processed.
Exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
If Return Coverage was purchased at checkout, all exchange processing and shipping fees are waived.
If Return Coverage was not purchased, a $9 processing and shipping fee applies to exchanges processed through the mail.
Exchanges processed at any Jetty retail store are always processed at no cost.
If exchanged items are not received by our distribution center within 21 days of exchange initiation, the customer may be charged for the replacement item(s).
We stand by the quality of our gear. If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Email orders@jettylife.com with photos and details.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used before the defect appeared will be reviewed before approval.
- All discounts must be valid and presented at the time of purchase.
- Discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or used during promotional events unless noted.
- Discounts cannot be applied to items that are already marked down or to items that benefit the approved 501(C)3 non-profit arm of Jetty, the Jetty Rock Foundation.
- We will price match purchases from jettylife.com or Jetty stores if the item goes on promotion within 14 days of purchase.
- Orders shipped outside of the United States are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays process the next business day.
- During high-volume times (sales, drops, holidays), processing may take 2–3 business days.
- Delivery Times:
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

- Return Coverage is an optional service available at checkout that provides unlimited returns and exchanges on eligible, non-Final Sale items within your order.
By purchasing Return Coverage for a one-time fee of $2.95, you receive unlimited returns and exchanges on eligible items for that order.
If you do not purchase Return Coverage, you may still return or exchange eligible merchandise through our Returns Center, but a $9 processing and shipping fee will apply to returns and exchanges processed through the mail.
Please note:
- Return Coverage is currently available only for U.S. orders.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return Coverage is non-refundable and cannot be removed once purchased.
- Return Coverage applies only to return and exchange processing and shipping fees and does not change return or exchange eligibility windows.

Yes! Select "Pick Up" at checkout.
Pickup is available at our Manahawkin, NJ Flagship Store (176 East Bay Avenue).
You'll receive an email once your order is ready.
Your order confirmation and a valid photo ID are needed to pick up your order. If someone is picking up for you, they still need the order confirmation and ID.
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of being ready.
We'll send reminders at 14 days and 21 days if your order hasn't been picked up.
After 28 days, unclaimed order are cancelled and refunded. In order to request a pick up extension, you must contact the store before 28 days.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after your return is received and processed.
Store credit is issued immediately once your return has been processed.

- International shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please use a secure address.

- In-store purchases: Must be returned at a Jetty retail store during operating hours (listed on our website).
- Purchases made at third-party retailers must be returned through that retailer directly.
- Items bought at Jetty events or Box Truck activations can be returned/exchanged at a Jetty store with proof of purchase.
