Shortly after Hurricane Sandy we decided to fund a full-length documentary directed by A.D. Pearson & produced by Corinne Ruff. Please check out the description and scope of our film which will be released Memorial Day weekend. We're really stoked as this film will allow us to continue to raise money for those with long-term affects from Sandy. Several event details will follow... Official Landfall Website - Official Landfall Facebook Page LANDFALL: The Eyes Of Sandy from A.D. Pictures on Vimeo. Landfall: The Eyes of Sandy is a film for relief produced by A.D. Pictures and proudly supported by Jetty. Landfall chronicles Superstorm Sandy as it approaches and devastates the Long Beach Island area of New Jersey, but focuses on the powerful community approach to rebuilding after the storm. The film captures the roller coaster of emotions that families, first responders, business owners and non-profits experienced post-Sandy through the eyes of the individuals who were deeply affected. With no blueprint for a disaster of this magnitude, Landfall pieces one together based on the uniting of people and organizations who are fighting to salvage a Summer 2013 season - one that identifies their livelihoods in a tourism dependent region. All proceeds from our film will benefit The Jetty Rock Foundation, a 501 (C) 3 charitable organization created with the goal of continuing to aid the families, first responders, businesses and non-profits with long-term needs post-Sandy.
