We've been supporting the wonderful Dot Bugbee for a couple of years now, but this marks her official welcome to our team! Dot has traveled the world, inspired by the surf and our environment's natural beauty. She spends a good portion of her time in Bali where she crafts her Salted Gems jewelry and summers home in NJ helping Sam Hammer run the Billabong Surf Camp.
