You have to be stoked on the youngsters...especially when they are polite & well-groomed for success like team rider Spencer Bridges. Spencer called us the other day just to update us on his winter. Over Christmas break, Spencer's family took a trip down to St. John where he surfed Cinnamon Bay. His dad even got them a boat over to Tortola for a day where Spencer reported the best waves he had ever surfed at Apple Bay! Mr. Bridges has plans to surf the PRIME event @ Sebastian Inlet this February and in March, he and his father will head down to Costa Rica! The surf news is great and Spencer is well on his way, but what we were even more stoked on was the following details of Spencer's life out of the water: playing hockey for the New Jersey Devils Youth hockey Peewee A team, snowboarding every Friday at Shawnee, playing indoor lacrosse every weekend and receiving straight A's during first semester at the Morristown-Beard School! We're super stoked on such a great kid who's representing Jetty and you're sure to hear much more about him in the not-too-distant future!
