Jetty ships most online orders using the United States Post Office (USPS) in which cases you will receive a tracking number in your email. USPS delivers priority mail in 2-3 business days. Occasionally, it is more cost-effective for Jetty to ship larger orders using FedEx. FedEx Ground has a standard of delivering orders in 2-3 business days as well. If you feel that your order is taking longer then expected please contact us, but keep in mind that weekends and holidays add to your delivery time. We charge a flat rate of $5 for all orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more are shipped for free. Your orders are handled, processed and shipped by the same hands which produce the actual garments. We strive to get your order into your hands in as timely a manner as possible.

Currently, Jetty does ship internationally using USPS – customers are responsible for all international shipping charges.
