Joel Dramis is a passionate artist who has the ability to take on any freelance project. He hand carved and assembled the Clam Jam & Coquina Jam trophies which rest in the Black Whale Bar & Fish House. We’ve most recently hired Joel to help with some additional Jetty signage. Joel is an avid surfer, fisherman and photographer who truly beautifies the elements of our environment.
