Alliance for a Living Ocean
Jetty works closely with the ALO, Long Beach Island’s recently revived Eco-club dedicated to promoting and maintaining clean water and a healthy coastal environment through education and action. We have printed Eco-friendly shirts for the Alliance’s seasonal beach clean-ups and sponsored their annual Longboard Classic surf contest. Keeping our own beaches clean is a great place to start in the quest toward E-consciousness and the ALO’s hands-on approach allows for us to get involved, and draw support, on a local level.
