New Tat, old rail…

Two nights ago Team Rider Chris Scarpinato said to me, let’s go get a photo. After we skated the same, local mini-ramp we cruised to a rail Chris said he used to hit when he was 14! Scarp is all about missions. This isn’t the craziest rail by any means, but with fresh ink, a brace on his wrist, a giant puddle impeding the runway and a terrible landing spot he still managed to land a quick front side board slide with me behind the lens. A couple janitors came out back and asked if we should use latex or oil when repainting the rail? We don’t know, but offered to help. A cop rolled up, shined his spotlight and then rolled away without questioning us, I guess there’s a first for everything…

Parna-pig by Struck

Team Rider Brian Parnagian pig-dogging one in Monmouth County, NJ! This one was shot by Ryan Struck and just showed up on Thenewsurf.com! Yeah!

O’Connor & Trufolo

NJ-based photog Anthony Trufolo recently hit up the West Coast and although the waves weren’t top notch, he still managed to grab a few shots of Jetty Team Rider Dennis O’Connor! Looks like Dennis is adjusting to life in San Diego just fine!

Seeland’s Suitcase

Team Rider Sam Seeland just checked in with a couple of photos from a recent swell courtesy of David Nilsen. Sam is stationed up in New England and has been trekking all over the Northeast in search of tubes. From heavy solo sessions in Cape Cod, MA to trips back home to Jersey, Sam has definitely been on it as of late!

Still alive!

Team Rider Brian Parnagian is fully recovered from a horrific shoulder injury…yayyyyyy! Brian’s been grinding it out in grad school and still managing to get plenty of waves! Here’s a shot by Ryan Struck that showed up on The New Surf! Glad to have you back in the water brotha!

Tutalo by Tyler Dudas

Here’s a quick photo of Team Rider Dan Tutalo that photog Tyler Dudas sent over to us. Ty shot this during the filming for Dan’s intro video last month. Tutalo is currently filming for a part in Series & Progressions Vol. II.

Longtime Team Rider Pete Machotka is always on his job! Here’s a few shots from his father Bill who we hope jumped in for a few on this cold April day!
