The man we love whose name is Alex Duke will be showing new art at the Slingluff Gallery this Saturday night in Philadelphia! If we were you, we’d be there! See you there!
Our Spring/Summer collection, designed by John Clifford, has been getting a great response! Click here to check out what Jetty has to offer this May! Click here to print the catalog! Dealer inquiries welcome! Extra thanks to Danielle D’Alesandro & Casey Clifford for their design/input on the women’s side of things!
Jon Coen’s recent blog on ESPN is dead on: Chris Pfeil is a super-talented photographer that you probably never heard of. Pfeil has captured beauty all over the world, but some of his most amazing work is from his humble home in Barnegat Light, NJ on the north end of Long Beach Island. Alex Duke is just one of those dudes you’re happy you’ve come across whether it’s his skating, artwork or both! Not only does he represent Jetty on the pavement, but he has also designed some T’s for us (check out the “Life Death Mirror” below). Duke runs Toilet Town where he recently posted every consolidated graphic he’s created from 2005 to 2009 – it is so worth checking out, trust us! Alex has had some great press lately with a short interview in the December issue of FTK and a two-page canvas in the March issue of Thrasher – now that’s some Dukie Love!

Jetty is proud to announce the release of A Pleasant Surprise, a 16mm surf film by Kyle Pahlow & Nick Zegel. We had the privilege of being involved with the project, printing shirts for the film and presenting the world premiere of the film this past September! The final product is something we think every surfer from New Jersey can be proud of! The film features Jetty’s own Randy Townsend & Brendan Willem along with LBI local Ben McBrien and a crew of some of the most talented guys from the Garden State! Johnny Cliff came on board in 2009 and has done a variety of design work for Jetty. John designed the RT poster, developed the Coquina Jam logo and quickly turned around a bunch of great flyers for Jetty events. After graduating from the U of D, he spent the summer in LBI (we got to surf together a few times) and recently moved out to Cali to work (and continually remind us how consistent the waves are out west)! John has done plenty of creative work outside of Jetty (see below), but is currently working on some “Jetty money” and a secret Jetty Street Urchin project! Great dude…great addition to our family. John says, “Go new places, do new things. Be a sponge” – we couldn’t agree more.
