Revolving Door…
Like a revolving door, Randy & Julia’s apartment in CR sees new friends and family on a weekly basis. Recently, our friend John Filoon had to literally cut his trip short due to injury. Randy & John were surfing a right-hand, mysto reef break that required a 5-mile mountain hike. After surfing their own, little right hand perfection John killed one all the way to the inside, got sick with it, blew the fins out and caught one in the calf. After a short, bumpy car ride to a sketchy clinic John received about 20 stitches and was forced to leave 3 days into his trip. Needless to say, the situation could’ve been a lot worse!
